Volvo has unveiled the Volvo V60 Cross Country just before its world premiere at the 2014 Los Angeles Motor Show. Based on the regular Volvo V60, the new V60 Cross Country receives more rugged looks than its predecessor. Compared to the standard Volvo V60, the V60 Cross Country has 65mm more ground clearance, plastic skirts and wheel arch cladding to protect the bodywork when the car is used off-road. For more rugged appearance, the Volvo V60 Cross Country comes with side scuff plates and bumper extenders, as well as front and rear skid plates. New 18-inch or 19-inch alloy wheels will be available to buyers. Interior ambience is taken care of by sports seats in black leather, with brown stitching along with the possibility of opting for various types of two-tone upholsteries. For the international market, the V60 Cross Country will be powered by a five-cylinder 250 PS petrol engine with AWD as standard. Beginning early 2015, Volvo will also offer its Drive-E four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines on the V60 Cross Country for the international market.
