Novitec Maserati GranCabrio The aftermarket specialists from Novitec revealed recently their new personalization program for the Maserati GranCabrio. The tuner's Tridente brand gave the Maserati GranCabrio new looks with the help of a bespoke aero package and upgraded performance thanks to an increase in power output. Novitec's convertible is powered by the same 4.7-liter V8 engine as the factory Maserati GranCabrio, but it's power is increased to 590 hp / 434 kW and 572 Nm of torque. Novitec's GranCabrio is able to get to a top speed of 301 km/h and can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 4.5 seconds. To get the extra 150 hp / 110 kW and 82 Nm of torque, the Novitec Maserati GranCabrio uses a new supercharger, driven by a cogged-tooth belt, that's good for 0.35 bar of pressure. The Novitec GranCabrio also features a new water-to-air intercooler with a dedicated water circuit, a custom intake manifold and larger injectors, and a new ECU. Novitec's power upgrade for the Maserati GranCabrio is priced at 19,900 Euros and includes a custom stainless-steel exhaust system.
