Lexus showcased its future design direction by unveiling its new concept for a hybrid sport coupe β the LF-LC concept. The Lexus LF-LC Concept is front-engined, rear-wheel drive with Advanced Lexus Hybrid Drive, which delivers both driving performance and fuel efficiency. Challenged by the Lexus Center in Japan and created at Calty design studio in Newport Beach, California, the LF-LC concept is highlighted by dynamic shapes and expansive use of glass. Exterior, itβs highlighted with aluminum surround, mesh pattern of the spindle grille, air intakes in the bottom coroners of the grille, L-shaped daytime running lights, vertical fog lamps wit fading dot matrix pattern, tail lamps, powerful quad exhaust and a glass roof. Interior, the LF-LC incorporates a remote touch-screen device that allows the driver to comfortably operate controls without shifting position or altering line-of-sight.
